The love of skin is what motivated me to enter this profession in 2001, and 3 years later to start my business. After receiving my esthetics diploma in 2000 in India, I re-certified myself once again after arriving in Canada. Training & working with some of the best in Ottawa I decided it was time for me to open my own spa.

By building my spa at home, I am able to provide the kind of service that I believe should be given to each & every client. Not only are you going to feel like you are in Pure Heaven, but you will also do it at a fraction of today's spa prices.

Cancellation Policy

Because scheduled appointments cannot be available for other awaiting clients, I respectfully require that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance or 48 hours for two or more services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not expected, but they are appreciated & at your discretion.

Pure Heaven Spa has the right to refuse service, if it is deemed unsafe for you.

Payments accepted by e-Transfer, Cheque & Cash. There is a $30 return cheque fee.

*e-Transfer payments have to be received by the end of the day of the appointment.

Please be considerate that there may be another appointment scheduled after your appointment time. This means that a late arrival will subtract from your treatment time as I might have another client immediately following. I will try to accommodate if possible.

After Hour Charges

Being at home spa also enables me to provide you with services during after hours. Should an emergency ever strike, I will attempt to assist you whenever I am capable of, within reasonable times of course. Appointment requests for earlier start times or services exceeding business hours will be subjected to additional fees. A charge of $10 will be applied per service under $30 and $10 per service on treatments over $30.
